High Speed Double Twist Bunching Machine

'Instrumenta' make hogh speed and high performance double twist bunching machine for wire and cable industries. Capable of bunching copper/steel wires ranging from 7 to 120 wires of 36/38 S.W.G. Machine is driven by 3 H.P.(for copper) and 5 H.P.(for steel)wire,3 phase,1440 RPM squarel cage Induction Motor. It is capable of producing 40mtrs/minute of bunched wire without overlap and breakage due to precise balancing of cradle. Soft start system and Instant braking system ensure trouble free operation of the machine.
